Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payments

  1. Payment Obligation: All fees associated with the event or service must be paid in full at the time of booking unless a different arrangement is explicitly stated in writing. We accept payments through our website using major credit/debit cards, and direct payments to our bank accounts.
  2. Confirmation: Upon successful completion of your payment, a confirmation of your booking will be sent to the email address provided. Please ensure that the email address you provide is accurate to receive this confirmation and any further communication.

Cancellations by Participant

  1. Notice of Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your participation, you must notify us in writing. The notification should be sent to the designated contact address, email, or through the specified online platform, if available.
  2. Refund Policy:
    • Cancellations received more than 28 days before the event date are eligible for a 85% refund. The remaining 15% covers administrative costs and is non-refundable.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 27 days of the event. Instead, an option may be offered to transfer the registration, via a credit note, to a future events or services, subject to specific conditions.

Cancellations by Organizer

  1. Event Cancellation or Postponement: In the rare event of cancellation or postponement by the organizer, participants will have the following options:
    • Cancellation: A credit note for 100% of the paid fee will be issued, redeemable against future events or services. This credit note will become void one year after insurance.
    • Postponement: If the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled date, a credit note for 100% of the paid fee will be provided. This credit note will become void one year after insurance.
  2. Force Majeure: No liability will be assumed by the organizer in cases where the event is cancelled, postponed, or altered due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, or public health emergencies.
