Job Description
We are looking for a Community Engagement Executive to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in making sure our content for Aeternum and its brands is tailored to different platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and future YouTube long-form videos and Newsletters. You will lead community engagement, collaborate with creative teams, and ensure smooth, high-quality content delivery across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Tailor Content for Platforms: Adapt and optimize content for platforms like LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, while keeping it engaging and true to each platform's style.

Community Management: Handle Aeternum’s interactions, tracking feedback, trends, and content to keep everything organized.

Extract Insights: Gain valuable insights from engagement data and share feedback to improve results.

Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work with designers, video editors, writers, and copywriters to deliver top-quality content on time.

Manage Content Calendar: Plan weekly and monthly content with the marketing team, making sure everything aligns with brand goals and campaigns.

Lead Social Activations: Drive social campaigns and activations to maximize engagement and reach.

Collaborate with PR/Ad Agencies: In the future, partner with external PR/Ad agencies to amplify brand strategies and media relations.

Manage Leads & Discovery Calls: Respond to DMs, nurture leads, and schedule calls with potential clients. You’ll take ownership of all social media leads.

Handle Admin Tasks: Organize budgets, prepare proposals, and manage timelines for ongoing projects.

Community Growth & Management: Oversee current and future communities to keep them growing, engaged, and aligned with business goals.

Travel & Content Creation: Be ready to travel occasionally for content creation and event management.

Time Management: Keep Aeternum’s calendar organized, ensuring efficient scheduling while protecting time for creative work.

Outreach & Collaboration: Reach out to creators and brands to explore collaboration opportunities. You’ll aim to kick off a set number of collaborations each month.
Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years in content creation, influencer management, or a similar role.

Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.

Communication & Presentation: Excellent skills in presenting ideas, collaborating with teams, and building partnerships.

Creativity & Aesthetics: A great eye for design and creativity to ensure content is visually striking and engaging.

Camera Basics: Basic camera skills to assist with shoots, both at home and on-the-go.

Integrity & Confidentiality: You’ll maintain confidentiality and uphold integrity in all community interactions, and sign an NDA to protect Aeternum’s content and business.

Fluent in English: Strong command of spoken and written English.
