We are hiring a Conference Producer to oversee the full production of the Aeternum events. You will play a key role in speaker onboarding, agenda development, and building partnerships in the rapidly evolving future-tech events.

Job Description

As a Conference Producer, you will manage the end-to-end production of the Aeternum’s events. Your primary responsibilities include onboarding top-tier speakers, curating a cutting-edge agenda focused on emerging technologies, and ensuring the event runs smoothly. You will also develop strategic partnerships with key industry players, influencers, and affiliates to maximize the event’s reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Speaker Onboarding & Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain strong communication with event speakers, ensuring a diverse and engaging lineup.
  • Content & Agenda Development: Design high-impact conference agendas aligned with the latest industry trends and audience needs.
  • Industry Research & Validation: Conduct in-depth research and collaborate with experts to validate the relevance of content and ensure it resonates with attendees.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage strategic partnerships with top industry players, influencers, and affiliates to enhance the event’s visibility and influence.
  • Event Format & Innovation: Implement innovative formats, such as panel discussions, fireside chats, workshops, or interactive sessions, to boost attendee engagement and overall experience.
  • Seamless Execution: Coordinate all aspects of the event to ensure smooth and efficient execution, from speaker management to post-event activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in conference production, event management, or a similar role.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of Web 3.0, blockchain, and other emerging tech industries is highly desirable.
  • Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct and apply industry research to content creation and validation.
  • Communication & Networking: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with speakers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Event Management: Solid project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple aspects of conference production, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Creativity & Innovation: A flair for creating engaging, interactive, and innovative event formats that captivate and retain audience interest.
  • Fluent in English: Strong command of written and spoken English.
