Job Description

As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our operations. This includes managing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning, as well as optimizing costs to ensure maximum profitability. Your role will also involve delivering actionable financial reports to guide strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Income, Investments & Expenses Oversight: Oversee the company’s income, investments, and expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Financial Reports & Cash-Flow Statements: Write and review financial reports and cash-flow statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Profit Maximization: Communicate with other executives to maximize profits and decrease costs through strategic financial decisions.
  • Financial Trend Monitoring: Keep a close eye on financial trends to inform forecasting and future business strategies.
  • Staff Supervision & Coordination: Supervise financial staff and coordinate schedules to ensure smooth operations within the finance department.
  • Budget Authorization: Authorize budgets, ensuring they align with business goals and are fiscally responsible.
  • Finance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the company’s finances, ensuring they are on track to meet targets.
  • Data Entry: Perform and supervise data entry tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Financial Statement Oversight: Oversee the completion of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Document and maintain standard operating procedures for financial processes.
  • Financial Health Oversight: Ensure the overall financial health of the organization through diligent management and strategy.
  • Invoicing & Banking Management: Oversee invoicing processes and manage banking operations to ensure smooth financial transactions.
  • Forex and Cross-Border Transactions: Handle foreign exchange transactions and cross-border financial operations. Track currency exchange rates and execute forex trades to optimize currency positions and ensure seamless international financial activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial management, with a solid understanding of company laws and financial regulations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data, forecast trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous with financial reporting and budgeting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Communication Skills: Capable of presenting complex financial information in a clear, understandable manner.
  • Fluent in English: Strong command of written and spoken English.
