We are hiring an Investor Relations Executive to join our expanding team at Aeternum. You will play a crucial role in attracting and onboarding investors at our events, driving growth and partnerships.
Job Description
As an Investor Relations Executive, your primary responsibility is to engage potential investors and secure their participation in our events. You will research investor leads, follow up on inquiries, and build strong relationships with high-value investors. Collaborating closely with the sales and business development teams, you will exceed targets and contribute to the success of our sponsor companies.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage Investors: Connect with potential investors to onboard them at our events, ensuring valuable partnerships.

Lead Research: Identify new investor leads and follow up on existing ones to maximize engagement and participation.

Drive Value: Secure investor participation by presenting compelling investment opportunities and showcasing event benefits.

Team Collaboration: Work within the team to align on goals and drive success, while exceeding personal targets.

Investor Convincing: Persuade investors of the value of participating in our events and the potential of our sponsor companies.
Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the B2B events industry.

Stakeholder Engagement: Experience engaging with C-Level executives.

Negotiation & Closing Skills: Strong negotiation abilities with a proven talent for closing deals and securing registrations.

Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with attendees.

Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the B2B event landscape, especially within tech industries, with a focus on identifying high-potential partnerships.

Fluent in English: Strong command of written and spoken English.
