We are hiring a Sponsorships Executive to join our team at Aeternum. You will play a crucial role in driving growth by building strategic partnerships and managing key client relationships to support our events.
Job Description
As a Sponsorships Executive, you will be responsible for creating and nurturing value-driven partnerships that align with our event objectives. Your role will involve generating new business, exceeding revenue targets, and delivering exceptional results for both Aeternum and our sponsors. You will work closely with partners in the tech space, ensuring long-term success and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Build Alliances: Create and maintain powerful partnerships that bring value to both our sponsors and our event attendees, ensuring a win-win for all parties involved.

Drive Growth: Unlock new business opportunities through targeted outreach, consistently exceed sponsorship revenue goals, and contribute to the overall success of Aeternum’s events.

Lead Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for sponsors, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional results that inspire long-term partnerships.

Partnership Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to attract new sponsors, as well as maintain relationships with existing partners.

Negotiation & Contracts: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring all agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with our business goals.

Event Integration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of sponsors into event programs and marketing efforts.

Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with trends in the B2B event space, particularly within tech, to align sponsorship packages with market demands.
Requirements:

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or a similar role in the B2B event industry, preferably within the tech events space.

Business Acumen: Proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners.

Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and sponsorship packages that deliver value to both sponsors and the organization.

Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the B2B event landscape, especially within tech industries, with a focus on identifying high-potential partnerships.

Fluent in English: Strong command of written and spoken English.
