Job Description
As a Delegate Relations Executive, your primary responsibility is to secure event registrations through strategic outreach. You will research and target the right clients, follow up on leads, and ensure maximum footfall at each event. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will meet or exceed personal targets and revenue goals. Face-to-face client meetings and travel to certain events will also be part of your role.
Key Responsibilities:

Pitch, persuade, repeat: You’ll hunt down the right attendees (delegates, investors, or the elusive "both") and convince them they’d be crazy to miss our events.

Blend research with instinct: Some leads come from data. Others? A gut feeling that this CEO or that VC would click with what we’re building. You’ll balance both.

Own the room (before it exists): Your job isn’t just filling a spreadsheet—it’s making sure the right people show up, spark conversations, and leave thinking, Damn, that was worth it.

Collab, but also hustle: You’ll work with sales, marketing, and even our event ops team—but at the end of the day, you’ve got your own targets to crush.
Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the B2B events industry.

Stakeholder Engagement: Experience engaging with C-Level executives.

Negotiation & Closing Skills: Strong negotiation abilities with a proven talent for closing deals and securing registrations.

Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with attendees.

Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the B2B event landscape, especially within tech industries, with a focus on identifying high-potential partnerships.

Fluent in English: Strong command of written and spoken English.
